I can relate in soooo many aspects. My Substack and podcast have been my outlets in this very way as well. And much of what you’ve shared here, I’m still processing for myself as well. Thank you for writing & sharing!

You lose people when you level up. Not everyone gets to go on the next leg of your journey. I read that over and over. It’s still hard. It still hurts. But don’t let it stop you. Circles get smaller and more impactful. And that’s a good thing.

Exactly! Some people are only for a season. And the relationships you gain when you level up feel so much more aligned.

I’m 15 and such a high archiver that sometimes I give myself un wanted stress I keep saying I want to be a journalist major in university because it just feels right to say I love writing but I don’t feel like it’s something I’d like to go into and listening to your story has made me realize that sometimes I think to much to the future than what is the now so thank you 💗

Omg yes! I did that so much when I was younger and it had me stressed!

But I realized that even now at 29, there are still things I don’t know and the clarity I often yearn for usually comes when I take action with what I do know and then everything unfolds in the process.

There will be things you think you want to do at 15 that you’ll pursue until maybe 23 and then you may change your mind after a few years, and that’s okay.

You get to go on a new adventure and try something else. The journey is the whole point 🦋
